Prof. Dr. Subas Chandra Saha is a renowned Child health specialist who has been practicing for more than 35 years.
He completed his Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) degree from Dhaka Medical College. He also obtained his MCPS in the year 2000 and in 2001 he completed his Diploma in child health.
He is currently working as Chief Consultant at SHIP International Hospital.
From the year 1984-2020, he worked in various positions up to Principal (Cox’s Bazar Medical College) in different government hospitals.
He worked as a Professor of Paediatric and Principal of Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Medical College, Gazipur and Cox’s Bazar Medical College from 2013-2020.
He was a master trainer of various programs like IMCI, ARI and Diarrheal Diseases.
Significantly, he is well trained in the exchange of Transfusions of Neonatal Jaundice and other complicated cases like Meningitis, Encephalitis etc.
He is a specialist in child nutrition, newborn care and early childhood development, paediatric chest diseases, asthma and allergy, paediatric emergency and intensive care, Respiratory Tract infections, Measles, Chickenpox, and so on.
