Dr. Muhammad Shoyab is currently serving as Consultant in the Department of Radiology & Imaging at SHIP International Hospital. He completed his MBBS from Sir Salimullah Medical College and underwent postgraduate training at Dhaka Medical College Hospital & BSMMU to complete MCPS & FCPS from Bangladesh College of Physicians & Surgeons (BCPS). Prior to joining SHIP International Hospital in March 2020, he served as Jr Consultant, Consultant, and Asst. Professor in several private medical colleges and corporate-style hospitals of Bangladesh. He brings wide-range experience in handling sophisticated imaging modalities such as 64 & 256-slice CT, 1.5 & 3 Tesla MRI, as well as cancer and cardiac imaging. He is passionate about building a department of reference excellence through filmless, paperless, cloud, and AI-assisted systems. He has received specialized training in cardiac, neuro, and musculoskeletal imaging. On the academic side, he has published 8 papers in international journals, presented posters and abstracts internationally, and serves as an accredited CPD Provider (UK) and Associate Editor of a PubMed-indexed medical journal.
