Dr. Asif Ahmed Bin Moin completed his MBBS in 1992 from Dhaka Medical College (DMC). He earned his MS in Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery from the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) under the University of Dhaka in 2004. He has extensive experience as a cardiac surgeon, having served as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Evercare Hospital Chattogram, Impulse Hospital, Bangladesh Specialized Hospital, Metropolitan Medical Center, and United Hospital. He also served as an Assistant Professor, working alongside renowned cardiac surgeons at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) and National Heart Foundation Hospital & Research Institute. Currently, Dr. Asif Ahmed Bin Moin serves as Senior Consultant in the Cardiac & Vascular Surgery Department at SHIP International Hospital. He has successfully performed hundreds of procedures, including beating heart (off-pump) CABG, total arterial CABG, combined valve and CABG procedures, aortic and mitral valve replacements, and congenital defect repairs such as ASD, VSD, and PDA. His expertise encompasses VATS, mediastinal tumor resections, and complex vascular repairs, delivering high-quality surgical outcomes.
