Dr. Md. Sumon Rahman is a distinguished general and laparoscopic surgeon from Dhaka, Bangladesh, known for his exceptional qualifications and vast surgical experience.
He completed his MBBS degree from Jahurul Islam Medical College, FCPS in Surgery from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (2015), a Post Graduate Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery (2017), and fellowships such as FACS from the American College of Surgeons (2020) and MRCPS from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (2020).
Dr. Rahman has also completed specialized training, including robotic surgery (da Vinci® Surgical System) and upper GI endoscopy.
He has served in multiple prominent roles at various hospitals, including as a consultant and associate professor.

Dr. Rahman has attended numerous workshops and conferences to enhance his skills in minimal access surgery, endoscopy, and hernia repair. His research work has been published in national and international journals.
