Dr. Md. Tuhin Talukder is highly experienced and knowledgeable with academic excellence and competency.
He completed his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College Hospital in 2006.
He began his medical career with an internship in the Department of Surgery at Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Then he served as Indoor Medical Officer, Assistant Registrar and Consultant in the same institute with professionalism and compassion.
He is a double FCPS holder. He obtained FCPS fellowship in Surgery as well as FCPS in Hepatobiliary Surgery from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is the 1st FCPS holder in the field of Hepatobiliary Surgery.
For the last 25 years, he has been associated with the healthcare service of Dhaka Medical College, where he has proved himself with high-standard surgical excellence and resilience. There, he successfully performed thousands of complicated surgeries.
Currently, he is working as a consultant in the general & hepatobiliary surgery department at SHIP International Hospital.
He has held a key position in the practice of hepatobiliary surgery in Bangladesh with an experience of more than 18 years. He is tremendously experienced in treating any complicated hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and other abdominal-related diseases and cancers.
In addition, he has authored and contributed to multiple national and international publications. He was also an active member of the proud Liver Transplant team, successfully performing a living donor liver transplant in BIRDEM hospital.
