Dr. MD. Forhadul Islam Chowdhury

• Dr. MD. Forhadul Islam Chowdhury has got advanced training in upper & lower GI endoscopy, ERCP procedures and liver cancer management from Bangladesh & India.
• He is currently working as Senior Consultant & Coordinator at SHIP International Hospital. Before joining here, he was working various reputed institutions in different positions in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Pancreato Biliary Disorder Department.
• He has more than ten years of experience in managing diseases related to the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas and biliary tree (Especially, Cirrhosis and its complications, liver cancer, IBS, IBD, GI Cancer, Acute & Chronic Pancreatitis).
• He is an expert intervention endoscopist and actively performs Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, ERCP, Polypectomy, EMR, ESD, EVL, ERBL & other endoscopic interventions.
• Besides, participating in several national and international conferences and has authored several national and international publications related to his field.
• He is a member of the American College of Physicians (ACP), the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) & European Association for the Study of Liver (EASL).
