After completing MBBS in 2007 from North East Medical College, Sylhet, Dr. Rashedul Islam also obtained a Diploma in Endocrinology and Metabolism (DEM) from BIRDEM under Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka in 2011. Subsequently, he obtained an MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians, UK (London) in the year 2020.
During his career of 11 years, he worked in various organizations. He had worked as an Endocrinologist in a 125-bed secondary-level hospital affiliated to the Bangladesh Diabetic Association (BADAS).
Dr. Rashedul Islam has gathered huge expertise in managing diabetes and complications of diabetes, diabetes in pregnancy, thyroid-related problems such as hyperthyroidism, weakness, swollen hands and feet, irregular menstruation, excessive menstruation and medicine.
His other experience and proficiency are in managing all hormonal-related disorders, Osteoporosis, Hyperlipidemia, Sexual dysfunction and impotence, and excess weight gain (obesity).
