Japan East West Medical College Hospital has changed to Ship International Hospital. Ship International Hospital is a 650-bed multi-specialty state-of-the-art hospital. Ship International Hospital aims to be the pioneer in providing world-class healthcare services and international standard patient support for the people of Bangladesh. Located in heart of Dhaka, Bangladesh, a cosmopolitan city, towards which everything in Bangladesh converges.

Milestones

Ship International Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital, wholly owned by Ship Aichi Medical Service Ltd. an international joint venture company by Green Hospital Supply, Inc. (Japan) of Ship Healthcare Group of Japan, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and East-West Medical College of Aichi Medical Group of Bangladesh. The company Ship Aichi Medical Service Ltd. was formed with the dream to establish a 650-bed multi-specialized hospital in Bangladesh in February 2016. The Project started with an investment target of 1000 crore BDT. The civil construction of the project Ship International Hospital is already completed. Ship International Hospital aspires to provide Japanese standard treatment facilities to the people of Bangladesh at a very affordable price. We promise to introduce the best Japanese medical technology, skills, and facilities to the doorstep of the people of Bangladesh. With the motto of “Promise to Serve” we promise to serve the people of Bangladesh with lots of sympathy, empathy, and Love.

Collaboration and Competence

Ship International Hospital has set up multidisciplinary groups of experienced Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, physical advisors, nutritionists, clinical technologists and other expert staff to incorporate quality treatment, making it a one-stop service for different patients in need. Ship International Hospital employs more than 400 employees and aims to hire 400 more to ensure quality service. A substantial number of our Doctors and Nurses are from Japan and trained to maintain international level quality standards in healthcare industry.

Ship Aichi Medical Service Ltd. is an international joint venture company by Green Hospital Supply, Inc. (Japan) of Ship Healthcare Group of Japan, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and Aichi Medical Group of Bangladesh. Ship Aichi Medical Service Ltd. was founded in 2016 with the motive to establish Ship International Hospital, a 650-bed state-of-the-art private hospital. The Ship International Hospital is currently wholly owned by Ship Aichi Medical Service Ltd. and Aspires to provide Japanese standard treatment facility to the people of Bangladesh with the motto of “Promise to Serve”.

Innovation and Technology

Ship International Hospital aims to be a leader in medical technology and innovative patient services by introducing paperless medical service for the first time in Bangladesh. Among the most recent advancements, Ship International Hospital expects to introduce online prescription system with state-of-the-art EMR facilities. Ship International Hospital is also looking forward to introducing world class PACS and RIS system to assist physicians by analyzing patient data against thousands of historical cases.
